By accessing and using Bausaur, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Description of Services
Bausaur is a construction and renovation marketplace that connects customers with workers and companies. We facilitate project posting, contractor discovery, and project management.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
User Conduct
Users must not misuse the platform, post fraudulent projects, misrepresent qualifications, or engage in any illegal activity through the service.
Payments & Billing
Payment terms between customers and contractors are arranged independently. Bausaur is not responsible for payment disputes between parties.
Limitation of Liability
Bausaur provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for the quality of work performed, disputes between users, or any damages arising from the use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
SMS Verification Program
Bausaur operates an SMS program that delivers one-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your phone number during registration and in account settings.
- Consent. By entering your phone number and submitting the registration or account form, you consent to receive a verification code from Bausaur via SMS. Consent is not a condition of using the service.
- Message types & frequency. Messages are transactional only — a verification code is sent when you request it (typically one message per request). We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Help. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or contact support@bausaur.com.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Opting out may limit verification-dependent functionality.
- Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your mobile opt-in information and phone number are used solely to deliver verification codes and are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
