Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, your data enters a 90-day grace period during which your account can be restored by logging in. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted, except where legally required to retain it.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure password hashing, and token-based authentication with automatic expiry. All data is stored on servers within the European Union.

SMS Messaging
Mobile information collected for SMS one-time passcode (OTP) verification, including your phone number, is not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for delivering the verification code. Phone numbers and SMS consent data are not used for any other purpose and are not transferred outside this verification workflow.
